Widely recognized as the leading pioneer of the UAE’s Facilities and Environment Services industry, Jamal Abdulla Lootah is the founding figure of multiple prestigious organizations across the UAE. He has led the phenomenal rise of J.S. Lootah Group, Imdaad Group, etc companies with businesses spanning across Real Estate, Property Management, Food & Beverages and Integrated Facilities and Environmental management services sectors.

Jamal Lootah is the acknowledged torch bearer of sustainability and green initiatives within the UAE’s IFM & Environmental Services industry. His fierce and unwavering commitment to UAE Green Agenda 2030 and resolve to constantly invest in new technologies to expand and reinvent their scope of services has led to dramatic growth of their prestigious client base to include the best companies in the region such as Nakheel’s The Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Municipality, Al Maktoum International Airport, Emaar Properties’ Burj Khalifa and Jebel Ali Free Zone.

Jamal Abdulla Lootah is also the co-founder and President of the Middle East Facilities Management Association (MEFMA), a non-profit association supported by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), since June 2010.

Named the most influential figure in the Middle East’s facilities management (FM) ‘s Power 50 list for twelve (12) years in a row, a rare feat nonetheless, Jamal Lootah has continuously raised the bar to achieve market leadership. He has also repeatedly featured on Construction Week’s Power 100 & Arabian Business’s Most Powerful Arabs lists in recognition of his leadership excellence.

Previously, the Director of Human Resources and General Administration in Dubai World, Lootah started his career with Dubai Ports Authority and is highly renowned for his outstanding leadership style, excellent administrative skills, and the ability to build and maintain a culture of excellence.

Jamal has attended prestigious leadership programmes including Harvard Business School’s Executive Business Programme, Corporate Advanced Programme at IMD, Switzerland after graduating with a degree in Business Administration from the University of London. He had also been an active participant in the Dubai Leaders Programme, an internationally recognized leadership development initiative launched by Dubai World in association with Wharton Business School of University of Pennsylvania.
