 1)    Property  Sales Consultants

-Must be real estate experience
-Self motivated & Aggressive
-Dynamic, good interpersonal skill & Enthusiastic
-RERA certified will be preferred
-Valid UAE driving license with own car
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (second language an edge)

 2)    Property  Leasing Consultants

-Real estate experience will be an advantage
-Self motivated & Aggressive

3)    Property Management Supervisor

-Helping the leasing team to improve their productivity by contacting clients to arrange appointments and ensuring all sales consultants have high-quality, up-to-date support.
-Manage daily records of all transactions and generate reports in CRM.
-Sourcing properties as per clients requirements with the coordination of leasing team
-Handling urgent calls, emails, clients queries, informing delays, arranging inventories and scheduling marketing campaign.
-Maintaining proper filing systems to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the management.
-Maintaining property management system and handling social media campaign to attract to new potential clients.
